The track was written by Oliver Wickham, Crimsen and Feyln during the last winter in Toronto and is about how
long the winters can feel in Canada. Summer is a very magical time here because we can’t have outdoor
festivals and events year-round, and when it finally comes along, we always try to make the most of it. But during those long winter months, the weather in Toronto can be incredibly overcast and cold.

You’re hearing lyrics about cold grey skies over the music you’d expect to hear outside in the heat of the
summer. I hope the juxtaposition will encourage listeners to live in the moment and appreciate what they have,
or at least give them some hope if they’re feeling down.

Mannheim based veteran Gorge (8Bit / Katchuli / Diynamic) adds a minimal, powerful and warm remix shifting the focus of this deep house anthem to the future dancefloors of 2021.

ASHE creates a unique style of organic electronic music, best described as “whimsy filled soundscape”or the sweet spot between nature, space and technology. His remix is soft, loungy and carefree yet balancing it out with a touch of dark techno inspired drums and bassline.

Finally The French multi-instrumental duo Pandhora wraps up the EP with an energetic, melodic remix landing smoothly on the thin red line between progressive and deep house.
