Montreal-based electronic music label SLAPPED Records is wrapping up its international summer showcase tour with a stop in Amsterdam. They are taking over Het Sieraad for a night filled with deep grooves.

SLAPPED Records was started in Montreal by DJ and producer Mitch Oliver. He wanted to create a label that puts artists first and focuses on one simple goal: releasing tracks that absolutely slap. There are no strict genre rules here, just pure, danceable music that keeps the crowd moving.
Mitch and his tight-knit team have taken their homegrown ethos on the road for an ambitious global showcase tour. The journey kicked off with an incredible indoor/outdoor double-header in Ibiza alongside Sam Shure and ELIF, followed by a sweat-soaked takeover at Community Berlin in Los Angeles. After making stops back home for a packed local showcase at Stereobar and an open-air jam at Sable Miami with Made By Pete, SLAPPED is preparing for its final cross-Atlantic voyage of the summer in Amsterdam.
For this special night, the label is working with local team Offbeat House to throw an unforgettable party inside Het Sieraad’s cozy Plaatwerkerij room. Head down early to enjoy food specials out on the BRONS terrace, check out custom art pieces, or take some photos in their interactive photobooth. To make sure everyone actually connects on the dancefloor, the event has a strict no-phone policy so you can just live in the moment.

Mitch Oliver: the label head & visionary, whose infectious energy on the decks is matched by a mixed bag of tracks that, simply put, SLAP.
Mustafa Ismaeel: the Toronto talent bringing a rich tapestry of deep grooves, and one of the first artists SLAPPED released on the label.
Bákayan: the Berlin-based hybrid-live wizard and artist who keeps pushing forward & breaking expectations on a constant path of becoming.
ARĒS: Amsterdam’s own local selector anchoring the night, known for creating emotional music journeys by blending cultures and genres.
