Magnetic Magazine Recordings continues the development of its electronic catalogue with ‘Cycles’, the latest single from South African born, UK based producer Bound to Divide.
Arriving as MMR055, the release represents the label’s 55th artist signing and adds an established progressive voice to its growing roster.
‘Cycles’ follows a patient approach to progressive house, balancing melodic expression with controlled low end movement and a structure suited to extended DJ sets. Its restrained progression allows each element to develop naturally without losing sight of the dancefloor.
The single feels closely aligned with Magnetic Magazine Recordings’ focus on music carrying a distinct atmosphere and clear artistic identity. It also builds on Bound to Divide’s previous work with labels including Enhanced Colorize, Monstercat Silk, UV, Sekora and Anjunadeep Explorations.
