“For me, mixing Afro house, Latin house, and tech house isn’t just about blending styles—it’s a way to create something unique that truly reflects how I see music,” she explains. “Afro house is perfect for creating a party vibe and a feeling of total freedom. Latin house brings brightness and joy, while tech house plays with tension and flow. I’m just obsessed with all of it!”
This genre fusion is on full display in Contigo, particularly in its title track. A vibrant mix of organic percussion, uplifting melodies, and soulful vocals, Contigo is as powerful in the club as it is in intimate moments. For SHADU, the track is deeply personal.
“Contigo is a heartfelt track inspired by my incredible audience. They help me understand the kind of music I want to create! It’s about capturing emotions—both on the dancefloor and in those private moments of escape. I hope Contigo resonates with listeners just as much as it does with me.”

“Como Verme is my love letter to Latin American carnival vibes. I wanted to capture that joy and depth—so people could feel the magic of the moment and dance with all their hearts.”

“In the studio, I create tracks that capture my emotions, but everything changes on stage. I can feel the crowd charging me up with their energy, and that lets me be fully in the moment. Every set I play is unique because I build it alongside the people on the dancefloor, right here, right now.”

“These guys are absolute pros at making deep, emotional tracks. Their music proves how powerful sound can be when it’s real. Every time I listen, I catch something fresh, and it makes me want to keep experimenting with my own style.”
As she looks ahead to 2025, SHADU has no plans to slow down.
“I’ve got so much new music ready, and I can’t wait to share it with my music family. Afro house is my passion, and that’s exactly the direction I’m sticking with.
