I’ve been working in electronic music for over 20 years, starting as Ua DNJ in Chicago’s house scene. Now I focus on production, creating tracks that incorporate Afro, tribal, and organic
In my first year releasing music, I’ve put out 11 tracks across 11 different labels including My Other Side of The Moon, Kitisuru, Switch, and Sosha. I’m also proud to now be part of the My Other Side of The Moon team as Creative Director, where I help shape the label’s artistic vision and guide its creative direction.
My work centers on rhythm and atmosphere. I draw from various musical traditions and adapt them for both club environments and more intimate settings. The aim is to create music that feels both grounded in tradition and relevant to contemporary listeners.
I’m interested in making electronic music that has depth and connects different cultural sounds while maintaining the energy that drew me to this music originally.
