For their next EP release, Omar Dahl wanted to pick up where we left off and take a leap forward as a band. After two single releases on different labels, trying to stay relevant in a difficult period for live music, we are excited to be able to present a coherent ensemble of 4 tracks on Underyourskin Records. The meaning of the title is at the same time retrospective and ambitious.

The first track of Where We Left is the most representative of our sound as a live band (including all instruments), while also giving it a new spin. As the working title was “contradiction”, we chose Basalt (an oxymoron in Dutch language indicating the use of low – bass – and high – alto – voices combined together) as the definitive track name.
