With releases under Sol Selectas and A Tribe Called Katori, Tom Nikso makes his debut on WAYU Records with two original tracks and two amazing remixes from Dandara and Stories of Dharma.

Old Age is a down-tempo EP that Tom Nikson himself describes as Melodic, Organic, and Groovy. The title track “Old Age” sets the tone of the release with its ethnic undertones and deep baseline. A journey through time and space that allows you to move and dance freely without limits. Once you arrive at “Flavia” you are now submerged in the grooves and synth lines that Tom has masterfully created for you to forget about the journey back to present time.

Tom Nikso is based out of South West France. He began his career more than 10 years ago in Paris, where he was resident DJ in a diverse range of some of the city’s most popular clubs and high-end cocktail bars including “The Gibus”, “La Scène Bastille”, “Le Théâtre Rouge” and the “Makassar Lounge” by L’Arc de Triomphe. He quickly built a great reputation and his technique and set variety soon took Tom all over Europe, from France to Germany and Belgium, playing all the best-known clubs along the way.

In 2020 he made a comeback in the Downtempo scene with his first EPs including one with the great Dandara.

Since then, he has regularly released new tracks on several labels that are well known from that scene and gathered the support of several artists from the scene such as Sabo, Zuma Dionys, David Romero, Nhii, Dandara, and more…
