A little while back I had a track pop into the demo mailbox, from emerging Swedish producer, Pawl. The 20 year old has already had some success with his first single. ‘Set My Heart On Fire’ and like fellow Uppsala resident, Tobtok the sound was immediately accessible and really well put together. ‘White Lie’ has been supported by Swedish Radio P3 and picked up some good spins on Spotify to date. 

With a funky bassline reminiscent of the Oliver Heldens club banger, ‘Gecko’ and great pop-house vocals that wouldn’t be out of place on any U.S. or UK party dancefloor. Expect the labels to take notice of this one and big things to come from Pawl in 2016.
