Promos we love week 44 – Bonobo, Crom & Thahn, HNNY and Simion

Bonobo

Bonobo – Flashlight (Ninja Tune)

Bononbo, Bonobo, Bonobo, we just can’t get enough of him. Almost 2 years after The North Borders Ninja Tune masterpiece Simon is now back with Flashlight single to be featured on the forthcoming 3 track EP. You can get the track download for free by Shazaming it. That’s very innovative and clever. Guess which track will be entering the Shazam charts all over the globe the next few weeks?

Lana Del Rey  – Ultraviolence (Crome & Thanh remix) [Off recordings]

It’s been a pleasure to watch one of Berlin’s finest outputs Off Recordings from their very start in 2008. A lot has happened during the last 3 years as the label has delivered some of the modern underground classics by Doctor Dru, Robosonic, Daniel Dexter and the label boss Andre Crom throughout the 6 years of Off. Even more have happened during 2014 as Andre Crom and Chi Thanh joined forces as a production duo in the beginning of the year.  Today the label puts a cherry on top of it’s underground cred by releasing a deep and groovy remix on one of Universal’s music most hyped artists – Lana Del Rey. Note that the remix is released on Off, not on Universal. Great job guys, I wonder what kind of split you got?

Flight Facilities – Two Bodies feat Emma Louise (HNNY remix) [Future Classic]

Another Swede – Johan Cederberg aka is totally on fire this year releasing one grand remix after another. Following the Flight Facilities new Down To Earth album HNNY appears on the first remix pack to be released soon on Future Classic.

Simion – Lost in Deep [Suara]

The Spanish super-funk label Suara rolls past halfway through their second hundred of releases with the german newcomer Simion. Funky melodic deep house featuring legendary Roland Clark on the vocals. Can it get any better than this? Maybe on Suara 152.
