Some tracks fit best to be played in Live sets. Alf Moon’s hiver is one of them, the track is more or less impossible to mix into a DJ set without any drum references during the first minute. But yet it has some very dance-floor friendly elements. Deep dark, with reverb-ed synths reminding of a lonely submarine signal it will set just the right atmosphere for the night. Especially when the kick finally kicks in after 1 minute into the track. Alf Moon is a upcoming young french producer working out of the heart of Paris.
“I started there’s a few years, trying to explore all the possibilities offered by electronic music. If music is becoming more and more visual, it’s about the mental image that I wanted to work, trying to generate a sound in which everyone can get together and project themselves . The main source of inspiration is the idea of telling, through music, a story.”
