Never give up and you will reach the top. Maybe this can be an source of inspiration for all the DJs out there who’s been playing for ten years and are about to throw in a towel since the scene “is not what it used to be”

Thomas Koch aka DJ T. has now been on top of things in the electronic music scene for a 25 years or a quarter of century. The german DJ and Get Physical co-founder celebrates with is in two ways. Firstly by releasing a new How it’s gonna be EP with Mia Lucci and secondly by a massive 25 year compilation “DJ T. presents 25 Years of Djing (1988-2013 – One Year, One Track)“, will one special DJ edit track from every year he has been active so far.

How it’s gonna be EP also holds a dub and instrumental mix and will be out in September.

For the DJ T. presents 25 years many nights were spent researching, chasing and licensing tracks for the compilation, where many of them are not available digitally, from big name hits to forgotten treasures, the all end up touched up,  edited and re-mastered to ensure the whole compilation sounds just right for your listening pleasure.

The compilation gathers a balanced mix of techno, deep and tech house dug up from both top charts and deep and forgotten crates. It includes classics like Fast Eddie’s ‘Acid Thunder’, Todd Terry’s  New York house jam ‘Searchin’’ and the frantic technoid leanings of DJ Hell vs Richard Bartz ‘Take A Shot’ contribution. Of course the recently passed away Romanthony is included with the DJ T verion of the ‘The Wanderer’.
